Corporate Vice President Microsoft Game Studios, Shane Kim, estimates that Halo 3 can go beyond the sale of Halo 2. Halo 2 releases since November 2004 and can gain profit equal to US$ 125 million per day since the debut. Halo 2 also successfully popularizes Xbox Live online service.

Halo 3 is Microsoft expected can trigger the sale of Xbox 360. Even a number of gamer have made an advance to ensure that they can get the game at debut time.

"I hope Halo 3 can increase the sale of Xbox 360 and number of Xbox Live member," said Kim like reported by Reuters.

Kim also hopes that this war game can be pledged as great weapon for Microsoft to beat Sony and Nintendo from the domination in global video game industry equal to US$ 30 billions.

In Europe, Halo 3 will be launched in 26 Septembers. While for other country, Kim confess that they has not specified the launch date.
